10. Photo competiton terms and conditions

You can submit multiple images however only one image per person will be picked as a possible prize winner. The Food For Birds team will judge all entries and pick one image in each competition. If you submit an image, you do so in accordance with Food For Birds Terms and Conditions. In contributing to Food For Birds you agree to grant us a royalty-free, non-exclusive licence to publish and otherwise use the material in any way that we want, and in any media worldwide. This may include use on our website, marketing material and social networks.

Please note: you will still own the copyright to everything you contribute to Food For Birds and if your image and/or video is accepted, we will endeavour to publish your name on our website. Food For Birds cannot guarantee that all pictures and/or video will be used and we reserve the right to edit any images we may receive for publication. This competition is open to UK mainland residents only.  Closing date 28th of each month.

Make sure you have permission from anyone pictured before submitting the photographs.
